Job Description

Duration: 12 months.

Location: Bengaluru or Remote (Exceptional cases considered).

Timings: Full-time (As per company timings).

Total Experience: 4+ Years.

Mandatory Skills: Machine Learning Techniques, Deep Learning Techniques, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, NLP-focused libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, TensorFlow/PyTorch), Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

We are in search of an experienced Data Scientist with a proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and a specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying innovative language-based AI solutions that drive real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

• LLM Development and Fine-tuning: Customize and fine-tune large-scale language models to meet specific requirements.
• Solution Design: Design, implement, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various NLP tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, summarization, and question answering.
• Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to develop efficient data pipelines, ensuring the quality and integrity of large-scale text datasets used for LLM training and fine-tuning.
• Experimentation and Evaluation: Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks to assess model performance, identify improvement areas, and guide model selection.
• Production Deployment: Work closely with software engineers to integrate NLP models into scalable production systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, domain experts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive successful NLP solution implementations.
• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLMs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Master’s degree or PhD.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
• Minimum 12 months of in-depth experience working with Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP-focused libraries.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced research environment.
