Job Role:
- Lead development efforts by prioritizing work requests, projects, and service tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Management, Service Delivery, and other Senior Engineers to define processes and procedures for internal projects.
- Provide guidance on the design, development, and review of complex playbooks.
- Analyze and identify areas of improvement within the existing environment and documentation.
- Assist with client transition and onboarding activities related to Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).
- Act as a point of contact for fusion capabilities.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Proficient in Python development.
- Demonstrated experience with low-code security automation.
- Proficient in data parsing.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence products for enrichment of detection and response alerts.
- Experience working with Internal and client Ticketing and Knowledge Base Systems for Incident and Problem tracking as well as procedures.
- Previous use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.
Note: This will be a contract position for 6-8 months only.
