Job Role:
- Comprehend intricate technical issues and effectively manage them within a fast-paced business environment.
- Identify and delineate system and configuration requirements.
- Maintain all software and configurations pertinent to the assigned project.
- Configure and troubleshoot security Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Implement specific process flows utilizing the available technology stack.
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations for standardization purposes.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement security solutions aligning with business objectives.
- Coordinate and engage with internal business units to fulfill technical requirements.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Profound understanding of contemporary cybersecurity tool stacks (SIEM, SOAR, TIP, etc.) and their interdependencies.
- Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud services along with the underlying architecture supporting these services.
- Hands-on experience with network security, networking technologies, and system, security, and network monitoring tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience using Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.
