About the Role:

Duration: 12 months with possible extension Timings: Night Shift – 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Required

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global customers to identify their target audiences’ training needs, understand customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and propose digital adoption solutions to enhance efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and streamline processes for customers. Ideate and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the client’s product ecosystem. Create content using the client’s Studio Editor tailored to meet customer use cases. Assist in developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects. Experience Required:

Ability to establish relationships with multinational stakeholders, comprehend various customer business applications, processes, and user personas. Willingness to become an expert in client products through certification programs. 3-5 years of experience in domains such as content creation, instructional design, technical writing, customer success, account management, marketing, or software development. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is mandatory. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel to client locations as required. Education:

Candidates from Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA background are preferred. Preferred Skills:

Excellent spoken English skills (regular communication with North American clients). Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies. Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc., would be advantageous. Previous experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is preferred. Candidates from an engineering or computer science background are preferred.
