Technical Writer – Robosoft Technologies

Job Role:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create and maintain documentation, including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, and in-platform documentation (e.g., tooltips, welcome instructions).
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures, processes, and configurations.
  • Master complex concepts and communicate them in an engaging and understandable manner for users.
  • Craft user-friendly and compelling content on highly technical subjects.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Ability to comprehend and effectively translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio.
  • Skill in using visualization and formatting techniques to improve understanding of technical topics.
  • Excellent command of written English language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.

NOTE: This position is on a contract basis for 6-8 months only.
