Job Role:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create and maintain documentation, including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, and in-platform documentation (e.g., tooltips, welcome instructions).
- Develop and document standard operating procedures, processes, and configurations.
- Master complex concepts and communicate them in an engaging and understandable manner for users.
- Craft user-friendly and compelling content on highly technical subjects.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Ability to comprehend and effectively translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio.
- Skill in using visualization and formatting techniques to improve understanding of technical topics.
- Excellent command of written English language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.
