Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical aspects of software development, including design, prototyping, and coding assignments.
• Lead code reviews and automated testing processes.
• Debug software components and identify code defects for resolution.
• Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across various environments.
• Explore and innovate new solutions to modernize platforms.
• Drive team strategy and prioritize initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and risk-taking.
• Analyze workflows and contribute to enhancing team productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript Frameworks React, and NodeJS.
• Proficiency in application design, software development, and automated testing.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile development methodologies and effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Additional advantage with experience in Java/J2EE, RESTful API development, Spring Boot, SQL, DB2 UDB, and continuous integration/deployment tools.

• Collaborative leadership skills and technical expertise to support team members.
• Ability to solve technical problems and contribute to strategic solutions.
