Job Description:

Lead Frontend Engineer Location: Bangalore, India (Full-Time Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Frontend Engineer to lead our talented frontend team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the next generation of mobile gaming apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a High-Performing Team: Guide and lead a team of top-tier engineers in building and supporting the frontend app for our world-class mobile gaming software.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, establish timelines for deliverables, and ensure seamless team operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend and devops teams to align APIs and infrastructure with app functionality.
• UI/UX Development: Develop responsive user interfaces for the core ONMO app using React, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code that adheres to code standards and brand identity.
• API Integration: Integrate with backend GraphQL and REST APIs, along with third-party APIs, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Code Quality and Security: Bring your experience and creativity to enhance code quality, security, and performance.
• Mentorship: Mentor engineers through active participation in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.

Experience We Are Looking For:

• Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a tech team.
• Frontend Expertise: Over 5 years of experience as a Frontend engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and Typescript languages.
  • Over 3 years of experience and strong proficiency in React.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux.
  • Proficient in browser rendering behavior and performance.
  • Experience integrating and managing state with GraphQL or REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of continuous testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
  • Proficiency with version control tools (git, GitHub).
  • AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Ability to mentor and motivate junior/intermediate engineers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Mobile Gaming: A love for mobile gaming is a definite plus!
