Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager Tech/Senior Specialist, you will be a high-performance engineer working in a product squad, responsible for driving solutions for large-scale clients. Your role will involve understanding client business domains, driving digital business transformation opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client business domains and drive digital business transformation opportunities.
- Drive architecture, design, estimation, planning, and implementation of solutions.
- Address non-functional requirements like security, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, engineering practices, and guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and guide product engineering culture and team growth.
Experience Guidelines and Mandatory Skills:
- 13-18 years of experience building large-scale, high-volume, low latency, and complex distributed services.
- Hands-on experience as a solution architect delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in Java, Springboot/Spring Cloud, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in object-oriented principles, reactive programming, and SOLID principles.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure/PCF) and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Experience with database technologies, build automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization platforms.
- Familiarity with testing, performance engineering, and BDD automation tools.

Education:
