Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze intricate datasets and create predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and offer data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to convey key insights and discoveries.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance the performance of existing models.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of models and data pipelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields.
- Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Data Studio.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong grasp of statistical and machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, NLP, recommendation systems, LLM, etc.
- Experience in data manipulation, cleansing, preparation, and modeling using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
