Job Description:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure administration, with proficiency in Ansible (Configuration Management), Docker (Microservices), Terraform or CloudFormation (Infra-as-code), and Jenkins (CI/CD).
- Proficiency in automating processes within Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Jira Confluence, AWS, Azure, Linux, and Windows systems.
- Ability to convert manual workflow processes into automated processes using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, shell scripting, Python, cron, APIs, Postman, and other programming constructs.
- Technical expertise in Linux and Windows system administration, including OS and application patching, and software upgrades.
- Technical proficiency in Ansible and Jenkins, Python, shell scripting, and integration with APIs, as well as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Proficient understanding of AWS infrastructure and various services like EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk deployment, ECS, and Lambda.
- Experience with DNS and CDN management.
- Certification in AWS SysOps or DevOps is desirable.
- Willingness to undertake 24×7 on-call standby duties, and/or responsibilities beyond regular working hours.
- Knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
