Role Requirements:
- Proficient in handling unstructured data (image, video, audio) and developing solutions using Deep Learning/Machine Learning techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing object detection and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). Knowledge of reinforcement learning is advantageous. Proficiency in at least one deep learning library (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe, etc.) is essential.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and SiSense.
- Exposure to AI/Data Science/Analytics platforms like Microsoft AI, Amazon AI, IBM Watson, H20, and Knime.
- Strong business acumen to comprehend business objectives and dynamics, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across teams.
- Skilled in analyzing complex problems and translating them into data science algorithms with a focus on computational efficiency and scalability.
- Experience in various machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning: Classification, Data/Text Mining, Linear Programming (LP), Decision Trees, Adaptive Decision Algorithms, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning Algorithms.
- Proficient in the end-to-end data science lifecycle: from building proof-of-concept models to production-ready models, collaborating with engineers for deployment.
- Capable of owning deep learning projects from inception to completion, with exposure to various deep learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Ability to adapt between roles as an Individual Contributor, team member, and data science manager as required by different projects.
- Identify gaps in existing products and implement intelligent solutions to enhance them.
- Design frameworks in data sciences (using R, Python, Azure ML, Amazon ML, Google ML, Spark, etc.) tailored to specific project requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and deep learning, exploring opportunities to apply advancements to solve business problems.
- Proficiency in reading research papers and implementing novel architectures, training techniques, etc., to address specific challenges.
