About You:

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will serve as a crucial link between business and engineering teams. You will navigate complex business constraints, translating them into actionable product requirements and features. Bringing your technical expertise to the table, you’ll guide projects from prototype to launch within challenging timelines. As a natural leader, you’ll inspire teams to deliver world-class products.

What You’ll Do at Fynd:

  • Gather requirements from diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Platform Architects and Engineers to translate requirements into implementation strategies.
  • Work closely with engineers to prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Lead the execution of sprints by coordinating with multiple engineering and product teams within the organization.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of sprints.
  • Manage technical and product risks, resolving engineering hurdles along the way.
  • Provide transparent visibility into feature readiness and address any issues with other engineering teams.

Some Specific Requirements:

  • Fundamental knowledge of technology, data orchestration tools, and frameworks such as Apache Airflow, API Integrations, Microservices Architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time data processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Ability to automate workflows using scripting or automation tools.
  • A commitment to staying updated with evolving data technologies and industry trends.
  • Capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams comprising engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Effective Delegation:

  • Proficiency in building team ownership and execution without micromanagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a growth mindset conducive to continuous learning.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management roles.
  • Some exposure to Bug Tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Redmine, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.

Leadership Skills:

  • Familiarity with various data technologies, databases, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deep understanding of ETL tools and techniques, including Change Data Capture methodologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their practical application.
  • Proficiency in data integration tools and workflow management systems.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their integration into data platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for tackling complex technical and business challenges.
  • Capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership prowess to guide cross-functional teams through product development endeavors.
