No Good Professor , i don’t know how but presently they are somehow recruiting Bengali professor in bulk.
Even if they have the knowledge, there is huge communication gap. ( not blaming the teachers, but its the reality )
Other collection of professor who have no knowledge are yet they are given professional courses like machine learning, Internet of things etc.
So in this huge mix up, so to set things straight at least academically students are forced to join certification courses in NPTEL. Next Level torture for student. Professor in those online courses are stoned and students have no clue what they are talking about.
I guess you have pretty much idea of the life in the university for the first three years.
I did a full stack development course at NIIT and my experience was very disappointing. First of all, the course content was not extremely up-to-date. It felt like the course was designed to teach the traditional, with no weightage to current technology and industry demands.
The level of instructors was also very disappointing. He did not have a deep knowledge of the subject and his teaching style was also very boring and ineffective. He failed to answer the questions of the students correctly and had no interest or interest in the method of teaching.
Practical sessions and projects were also very disappointing. No attempt was made to teach them skills useful in real life and beneficial from a professional point of view. The level of these projects was so low that nothing new was learnt from them.
No support or placement assistance was received after the course. NIIT had made big promises during the course, but none of them came true after the course was completed. After completion of the course, I did not get any kind of support and no job prospects.
Overall, NIIT’s Full Stack Development course was a complete disappointment for me. It was of no use and I feel like a waste of my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do NIIT’s full stack development course.
