This partnership has the potential to completely change how people in the hospitality sector get from school to success in the workforce.
An important achievement is the Career LEAP Programme (CLP) for Young Professionals, which offers a special combination of professional development and academic brilliance.
It represents the dedication to developing the upcoming generation of hospitality professionals and is based on the values of Leadership, Excellence, Aspiration, and Professionalism (LEAP). The goal of this strategic program is to give aspiring hospitality workers the knowledge and expertise they need to succeed in this fast-paced industry.
The Alberta Ministry of Jobs, Economy, and Trade is a partner in the free government program Career Leap. Are you trying to find trained and competent workers? With the goal of assisting you in assembling a competent workforce, Career Leap offers creative and personalized employment services.
Marriott International has pledged to give ISH postgraduates 36 pre-placement offers (PPOs) during the selection stage, along with a well-defined career trajectory, indicating a strong beginning to their career. After that, a six-month academic program at the ISH Gurugram campus is followed by a six-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience with Marriott International as part of the CLP’s comprehensive career growth plan.
The goal of this dual strategy is to guarantee that students’ abilities are applied practically while also preparing them for the ever-changing difficulties of the hospitality business.
Co-founder and managing director of the Indian School of Hospitality Kunal Vasudeva discussed the partnership as follows: By forming this alliance with Marriott International, we are giving our students more opportunities and pushing the limits of traditional education.
The next generation of hospitality professionals is not only educated, but also equipped with the professional growth, career preparedness, and worldwide possibilities that await them thanks to the Career LEAP Programme. This program is essential to expanding the hospitality industry’s educational reach and encouraging more individuals to study and succeed in this dynamic field.
