The course content offered is satisfactory, and the delivery techniques employed are effective. Firstly, obtaining the certificate is a process that is subject to peer review of assignments, and this can be a lengthy process that spans several weeks. Despite claims that course staff can be contacted for assistance, they often fail to respond. Additionally, the user interface design is considered subpar and has functional deficiencies, particularly in the ID upload feature. Furthermore, the courses are relatively expensive compared to similar content available on other platforms at significantly lower prices. While the concept of the platform is commendable, significant improvements are needed to enhance the user experience and value, especially the customer service. The guys who sits at the customer service team they have no idea on how to handle students’ queries. They even don’t know how many courses they have, they will route you to the website link to go through the courses. Also, they are not aware of any new batch start dates, all they will say that they don’t have any answers to their hand, they will connect with the concerned team and get back to you….. which will never happen. These are very generic queries they should know of. What will happen if students have issues with the marks, assignments, fee and certificates…these customer service teams are going to give a really hard time I must say. Looking at the service you can only go for a self paced course as they have good course material.
My experience with EdX’s DevOps course has been extremely frustrating. This course is far below expectations and the quality of content and resources available is also very poor.
The curriculum of the education system is very inconsistent. Theories abound in classrooms and there is a lack of using it in real life.
Investing in EdX’s DevOps course has been a waste for me. I wouldn’t recommend it to all students who are looking to enhance their skills in DevOps. It would be better to explore other options, which offer more rich and useful courses.
To be honest today I have wasted my future after pursuing web development course with them just like government promises they fool us play with our mind in such a way and gain admission. I not even get proper placement from them when no one reach me so I decided to talk with placement cell but they didn’t answered me properly. After struggling a lot they placed me in such a low pay scale company where the environment was full of gossips, wasting time, and nothing. If you are looking for this course I won’t recommend you from this institute. Be safe…
