I joined the Digital Marketing Strategy course from Harvard Business School online which is for 6 weeks. The course fee got me around Rs138000 plus change.
This course basically will not teach the basics of Digital marketing to that level, it is basically to help you learn how to strategize, create plans to acquire customers online and retain them, search the best modes of advertising, reduce your costs, manage earned media and influencer marketing, Budget allocation, etc. The course will mainly revolve around discussing real-life examples, and lots and lots of case studies to get the exact insight behind every marketing strategy. In a simple word, you can say it is the most advanced version of Digital Marketing, which will not help the new bees. I have just done this course to understand the mindset and it will not help you to get a job. It is to upskill yourself and shift your rigid mind to work on “Change” “Strategy” “Implementing” and then “Re-evaluation”. Mostly these kinds of courses are preferred by Small business owners, Heads of Digital Marketing Companies, or CEO’s. This is not for the people who want to put weight on CVs by the name of Harvard to get jobs easily. It is to justify the existing jobs you are doing by totally upskilling yourself, so Don’t Rush!
