Primarily INE is more inclined toward enterprise training and you will find that in its pricing structure, which is on the higher side as compared to other institutions solely focused on individual skill sets. For individuals, it is all about subscriptions and you need to be very careful while selecting it, as there is no refund policy for the subscriptions. The course seems like it’s way too lengthy and you find some of the topics will be discussed twice or thrice, also there is no proper alignment of the course. Once you finish the topic it’s a challenge to find the next one. The quality of the videos could have been improved and it does give you the feeling that some of the videos were recorded using a mobile phone. The course material for the eWPTv2 seems outdated, even though labeled as “New”. Lastly the incompetent customer service, every time you call they are busy if you send email you tend to forget to follow up as they don’t reply except for the automated message we have received your query and we will get back to you.
Upon selecting a course, I was directed to a subscription page that did not list the course I wanted, resulting in me buying a subscription that didn’t meet my needs. Upon realizing my error right after the purchase, I contacted INE’s customer support seeking a refund or an alternative solution as initially promised.
INE’s response was disappointing. They stated that all subscription purchases are final and nonrefundable according to their Terms of Service. This policy fails to consider cases where consumers are misled by the website’s layout or lack of clear information about subscription contents.
Moreover, the proposed “solution” was to upgrade my subscription for a much higher cost, which doesn’t address the issue.
INE’s firm stance on non-refundable subscriptions, despite acknowledging potential misinformation, is concerning. It demonstrates a lack of accountability and customer care, turning what could have been a minor misunderstanding into a costly mistake for the customer.
While INE claimed no intention to mislead, their actions suggest otherwise. Their inflexible policies, particularly in warranted circumstances, are problematic and need attention. Businesses should offer transparent information and support customers when problems arise.
I hope my experience serves as a warning for potential INE customers. Make sure you fully understand what you’re getting into, as their policies might leave you without recourse if the service doesn’t meet your expectations.
Recently, I have completed my Data Science Course from this institute. I want to tell one thing that it’s not worth it because before taking admission I requested them that I will pay my fee in installments, they agreed with this statement. When my exams come they tell me to pay the entire fee, else they will not allow me to sit in examination hall. Seriously it was a worst experience I mean how can any one behave like this. Such a worst experience I won’t recommend you.
I recently took an online course of INE and it was an extremely frustrating experience for me. At first, the course content was extremely outdated and poorly presented. It seemed that no effort was made to update the course. The content lacked depth and a lot of important topics were not explained properly.
The level of the instructors was also very disappointing. He did not have a deep knowledge of the subject and his teaching style was very boring and ineffective. It felt like they were just reading the script, without any real understanding or experience. Whenever we asked questions, they failed to give satisfactory answers.
The quality of the videos was also very poor. Both the quality of the video and the quality of the audio were disappointing. Many times there were technical problems during the video, which hindered the learning process.
The practical sessions and assignments were also very simple and non-practical. The level of assignments was so low that there was nothing new to learn from them. They contained no examples of real-world applications or solutions to real problems used in industry.
The biggest problem was that there was no help or guidance after the course. INE had made tall promises of career guidance and placement assistance, but none of these came true after the course was completed. The placement team was also not very supportive and did not help us find job opportunities at all.
INE’s online course is a great cheat. This is not only a waste of time and money, but also does not lead to any kind of knowledge or skill. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take an online course of INE. According to my experience, this is the worst course I’ve ever taken.
