To increase your chances of employment I would suggest you to do lot of hard work with total dedication and try to get good marks in projects and assignments. And even if you are not able to get a data science job try fining a data science internship first. Through Intenship, you will get good experience and it will boost your resume.
The placement is provided by all of the institutes. However it may be a pool campus. So, in the case of a pool campus, there will be a lot of competition, and in order to stand out from the crowd, you should have a lot of expertise.
It is good only if you want to get a promotion in your current job otherwise, if you are a fresher and expecting to get a job after completing this course then my friend you might have to rethink.
UpGrad’s Data Science PG certification program is pretty much worth it in my opinion. I have heard it from many sources that people get job oppurtunities after doing this course.
The course is excellent, however keep in mind that all courses are merely stepping stones and enablers. Data science is a vast subject with new concepts emerging on a daily basis. As a result, once you enter this field, you must continue to learn. To increase your chances of employment, you must have solid knowledge to impress interviewers.
