I had a disappointing experience with Kraftshala’s MLP program. We were promised a great professional development opportunity along with a good job, the reality was quite different. The registration fee is a good amount of Rs10000 and is a one-way trap.
They have a 3 weeks of selection process for the program and they are not looking for talent. Instead, they are focused on selecting candidates who were considered easier to be placed, such as working professionals or students with previous working experience and strong communication skills.
After paying the registration fee, I was disappointed to find out that it was non-refundable. I felt cheated that Kraftshala is only making profit in the name of course and getting you a job. They are only harassing vulnerable candidates with false promises of professional development. My experience is worse – Please don’t join them they are more of placement agency – Fraudsters.
Based on my experience, Kraftshsla is a platform that provides current examples from the marketing industry. The course is well-organized, with clear schedules and tasks to practice what you learn. During my time in the course, we collaborated with a new brand called Sirona, which focuses on feminine hygiene and family protection. This market is not widely known.
Overall, working on real projects with professionals from various fields taught me a lot about brand management and marketing. Besides the course material, they also offer support with resume building, career talks, and mentoring.
