I paid for a security engineering nanodegree program and wanted to switch because my demands had changed and the program was not as technical as I needed. I’ve contacted Udacity help several times, even through Chat and Twitter, and no one has responded. Now I am trapped with the program until my time is up.

I’ve taken a few Udacity courses, and overall, I found them to be well-structured and engaging. The best part is the hands-on projects, which help in applying what you learn rather than just going through theory. The instructors are knowledgeable and explain concepts clearly, making even complex topics easier to grasp.
That being said, the experience can vary depending on the course. Some courses provide in-depth explanations, interactive quizzes, and strong mentor support, while others might feel a bit rushed or lacking in detailed guidance. It’s important to choose a course that aligns with your learning style and goals.
If you’re thinking about enrolling in a Udacity course, checking reviews and ratings can help you decide whether it’s the right fit for you.

I recently completed the program, and I wanted to share my experience to help anyone who’s considering it. To be honest, it depends on what you’re expecting to get out of it. For me, it was challenging—but worth it.
This wasn’t anything like the learning I experienced in college. The program strikes a good balance between self-learning and guided instruction. You’re not spoon-fed, but you’re not left on your own either. It pushes you to be proactive, while still giving you the support you need to stay on track.
Out of all the online learning platforms I’ve tried, I got the most out of Udacity. Their content, real-world projects, and the way everything is structured really worked for me. That said, I didn’t rely only on Udacity—I used a few other resources here and there to reinforce certain topics.
If you’re serious about learning and you’re ready to put in the time and effort, I genuinely think this program can make a big difference. I’ve shared a full review of my experience below, in case you’d like to know more details before making a decision.
