- “Change the way you look at things and the things you at change.”
- “You’ll see it when you believe it.”
- “In order to float an idea into your reality, you must be willing to do a somersault into the inconceivable and land on your feet, contemplating what you want instead of what you don’t have.”
- “By raising your own frequency of vibration only slightly to a place where you regularly practice kindness, love, and receptivity, and where you see the beauty and the endless potential of good in others as well as yourself, you counterbalance 90,000 people somewhere on this planet who are living in the low-energy levels of shame, anger, hatred, guilt, despair, depression, and so on.”
- “The way you look at life is essentially a barometer of your expectations, based on what you’ve been taught you’re worthy of and capable of achieving”
- “When we feel peaceful within, we begin to attract more of the peace we desire because we’re functioning from a spiritual place of peace.”
- In our world, there are many activities that seem to be motivated by evil, but we must be careful not to assign power to a force that doesn’t exist. There are only people moving away from Source with behavior that contradicts the creative energy that’s within them.”

- “Be gentle and forgiving with yourself, abandon any and all shame, and refuse to engage in any self-repudiation.”

- “By giving authentic thanks for all the good you now have, as well as the challenges, through this magnetism, you’ll start the flow of more good into your life.”
- “The more you give of yourself, no matter how little, the more you open the door for life to pour in.”

As part of the homage, I’d want to share with you numerous important takeaways from his body of work, along with some of my own thoughts and opinions. They are as follows:
- I want the same things for other people that I desire for myself. If you desire success, happiness, serenity, money, and good health for yourself, then you should want these things for other people. Positivity and sending good thoughts and blessings to others may have a significant impact on your own life and the way you present yourself to the outside world.
- Imagine the outcome first. Be resolute in your pursuit of a life that is both beautiful and giving, and that is also in harmony with your essential spirituality. Develop a plan for your life and how you wish to contribute to the world. Put in the effort to turn your aspirations and vision into a reality by first breaking down your long-term objectives into more attainable subgoals. This will help your vision come to fruition.
- Recognize the value of things. Appreciate all that you DO have rather than focus on what you don’t. When you take stock of what you already own, you may come to the conclusion that you have been quite fortunate throughout your life.
- Maintain a connection with the Source Energy. Because God is our creator, maintaining an alignment with the energies of love, appreciation, and serenity enables us to manage difficulties and remain focused on the things that are most important to us.
- Consider me in light of the circumstances that I would want to have. Instead of concentrating on the things that are missing from your life, you should think about the things that you would want to add to it. Every day, bring those things into your mind, focus on them, and think about them.
- Develop your expertise in the “art of allowing.” You are a present to me. Quit struggling against and trying to change who you are. Take responsibility for both your power and your genius. Give God permission to help you in all you do by inviting him into your life.
- Maintain a humble attitude. Every single one of us is giving our very best effort at any given moment. Maintaining a humble attitude is important, regardless of how far you go in life. You should unquestionably feel proud of who you are and the abilities you possess. At the same time, keep in mind that all of us are operating on borrowed time, and be kind to one another.
- Always have a grateful attitude in your heart. Is there anything more that should be mentioned? It is a gift that we are still able to experience life despite the fact that we are still alive. Let your feelings of thankfulness overflow.
- Avoid passing judgment on other people. Although it is easier to say than to do, it is definitely worth the effort to learn to be as non-judgmental as possible to the greatest extent that we can. You will have more mental clarity to take action on the things that are essential to you, which is a significant improvement over the current situation.
- Try your hand at the Match Game. Contrast what you don’t want in this life with what you do want, and match with that. If you are a positive person and there are negative individuals or influences in your life, you should try to spend as little time as possible with them or get rid of them entirely.
- Meditate. The practice of meditation is an effective means of becoming closer to God. Developing an inner calm may be facilitated by participating in daily practice.
In addition, I’d like to share a couple of other quotes from him that are among my favorites.
- Achieve a level of independence from the favorable judgments of others. As long as you aren’t causing harm to other people, you don’t have to provide an explanation for the way you live your life. To put it another way, as Wayne Dyer often emphasized, “Don’t complain and don’t explain.” It is none of anybody else’s concern how you choose to spend your time in this world.
- Put up a mental “Do Not Disturb” sign and think about it. Another one of my absolute loves is this one. Do not let anything into your thoughts that isn’t working for your best interest in the long run. You should be picky about the ideas that you let into your head, and you should make sure that they are all good in order to help you live the greatest life you possibly can.
- The energy behind our thoughts. The way in which you think is highly significant. Be careful to practice thinking positively about yourself as well as the other people around you. The kinds of ideas that you have will serve as the foundation for the kinds of actions that you conduct. Therefore, if you believe negative ideas that are destructive to yourself, it will be difficult to perform actions that are constructive. Discover what happens to your life when you train your mind to think in a way that is loving, peaceful, forgiving, and thankful.
- Master the art of transitioning from irritated to content! As human beings, we are capable of experiencing a whole range of feelings, ranging from love to terror and everything in between. The ability to exercise self-control over one’s emotions may be of great assistance in navigating day-to-day life. The method in which we do this is by developing a practice through which we may connect with the Divine and make room for ourselves to experience our feelings. You may accomplish this goal by meditating, praying, spending time in nature, or doing anything else that contributes to a life that is more joyful and serene for you.
“Do I live in a friendly or a hostile universe?” is one of my favorite quotes from Albert Einstein, and Dr. Dyer would often use it in his lectures. Take a minute to consider the aforementioned question on your own. The manner in which you respond to the question provides insight into your perspective on life, and the way you see things has a significant impact on the results that you experience in life.
Through his books, talks, films, meditations, and other programs, Dr. Wayne Dyer was able to touch the lives of millions of people all over the world, leaving behind both strong teachings and a beautiful legacy. We see it as a true blessing that we were able to learn from a spiritual leader such as him.
If you have not yet had the opportunity to experience his work, I strongly suggest beginning with either his book on meditation, Getting in the Gap, or The Power of Intention as a starting point.
