They’re good at promoting themselves, but when it comes to following up and helping after you’ve paid, they fall short. The support is really bad. I had a problem during my exam because of a technical issue, and they took 4-5 days to respond, even though it wasn’t my fault. Considering the hefty amount I paid for the course, this is disappointing.
Now coming to the course material, it is confusing, and there are no clear deadlines. They don’t explain everything properly, so you end up feeling demotivated. Even after paying the course fee, I had to pay extra to finish the course, even though it’s all online. It feels like leeches that I had stepped on erroneously and now I am paying the price.
They only reply to positive reviews and don’t seem to care about fixing issues. I trust the power of giving out surveys someday matters to these kinds of institutions and they will act on these to improve and cater to what they stand for.
I had a really bad experience. I believe only a few people pass this test, while most fail. Also, you only get three tries. After the first one, you have to pay for the next attempt yourself. If you fail the third time, you have to start the whole course over and pay the full fee again. What makes it worse is that the test is really hard, and it’s done by another company. I wish I hadn’t chosen DMI for this course.
